Senior Data Product Owner
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. In every country where we are active, Dr. Max is dedicated to improving the level of health care available by guaranteeing access to a broad assortment of medicines and pharmacy services. Pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. Required education: University Degree
Required languages: English (advanced), Czech or Slovak is highly beneficial

- Build a vision, strategy and own a product roadmap of our data platform solution across CEE region. Consult and synchronize vision, strategy and roadmap with chapter leads and a product board represented by Product Owner Lead, Head of Data and CIO.
- Be a partner for internal stakeholders from the marketing & customer, finance departments and executive management to translate their needs and business goals into a data solution.
- Refine & prioritize a product backlog according to your product and business vision. Prepare quarter plannings together with stakeholders and the team.
- Devise and monitor key KPI metrics including team productivity, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Provide transparent product reporting on a regular basis.
- Mitigate risks of the delivery, ensure the team will deliver the scope which was committed.
- 2+ years Product Owner experience in Data/BI/DWH team
- 1+ year of agile techniques experience on a cross-functional team in a medium to large organization
- Ability to distill complex concepts and business needs into prioritized, implementable value-based components
- You should be able to apply specific knowledge of the business and knowledge of systems technology capabilities to business problem solving
- You should know the main business results to be able to prioritize the product priorities well
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must have strong written skills, with the ability to convey clear and concise thoughts and ideas
- Should have good interpersonal skills to deal with stakeholders and vendors
- Extremely organized, diligent and self-motivated
- Advanced English
