Who are we looking for? In 2023, we established the EU-level Marketing team to unify marketing efforts that previously existed only at the country level. The Dr. Max BDC (the EU level headquarter ) is expanding the structure of the Marketing & Communication team, and we are looking for a Senior Brand & Communication Specialist to join us. What will be your responsibilities?

Brand and Communication Strategy

  • Align and oversee brand and communication strategies across markets, ensuring consistency with the business vision and our values
  • Act as the key contact person for markets, providing guidance and support to ensure local strategies align with the overarching Group strategy
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints in the European markets
  • Lead the integration and coordination of the newly established BDC Marketing team at the EU Group level with existing country-level efforts to build a unified and strategic approach to marketing and communication.
  • Track trends and share best practices from industry and markets to keep Dr. Max ahead

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the main contact person for brand and communication initiatives across countries and internal teams
  • Build partnerships with teams and external agencies remotely

Global Campaigns Management

  • Desing, plan and execute global marketing campaigns to strengthen brand equity
  • Collaborate with local teams to adapt campaigns while maintaining unity
  • Creative Development
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content and visuals that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Guide teams to deliver storytelling that highlights the unique value proposition of Dr. Max
What do we expect from you?

Hard Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communication roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-market brand strategies
  • Strong understanding of brand equity building, same as digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with creative tools, incl. AI is a plus

 Soft Skills

  • Proactive mindset and ownership of projects from conception to completion
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cultures and business objectives
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate diverse markets and challenges
  • English: Advanced proficiency required, additional proficiency in one of the following languages is a plus: Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, Serbian or Italian
