Product Development Specialist - Dr. Max Own Label
Dr. Max is the leading pharmacy chain in Central Europe. Our pharmacies are currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with great expansion plans across Europe for the near future. Dr. Max Own Label provides a wide range of pharmaceutical products sold exclusively in Dr. Max pharmacies in all our countries. It includes licensed (Rx and OTC generic medicines), and non-licensed products (food supplements, cosmetics, vitamins, medical devices, etc.), currently covering the portfolio over 1300 products in total. Dr. Max Own Label team is growing, and we are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our Non-Licensed team.
Required education: University Degree
Required languages: Czech or Slovak, English (advanced)
Employment form: Full-time work
- Working closely with the Senior Launch Coordinator to ensure a smooth and successful launch of products on schedule and with the necessary documentation
- Communicating with production sites and internal teams such QA, Regulatory and Marketing, Market access and Business operations
- Assists in the release of products to markets by providing administrative support
- Ensures the availability of necessary documents for a seamless launch process
- Prepares documentation for product listing
- Provides technical and logistics documentation relevant to supplied products to other departments
- Assists to the packaging materials agenda
- Archives documents in our systems
- Solving and administration of deviations detected during product release controls with suppliers
- University degree or High school with a previous relevant experience
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively plan and manage projects in accordance with tight deadlines
- Attention to details, analytical skills
- Stress resistant and ability to handle change (of rapidly growing company, team, processes)
- Communication skills (ability to work in cross-functional teams)
- Communicative English, native level Czech or Slovak
