Group IT Enterprise Solutions Manager
Dr. Max is the leading omnichannel pharmacy chain in Central Europe, currently present in 6 countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy) with ambitious expansion plans across Europe. Dr. Max Pharmacy Chain Group HQ is looking for a Group IT Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our team and help us build the best platform. Employment form: Full-time work
- Lead the global IT Enterprise Application area across Dr. Max countries, designing the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Group Finance Officer and Group HR Officer, and their teams
- Manage the demand and define correct IT actions to translate business process into IT solutions
- Effectively govern the implementation of future finance and HR application platforms supporting the design of standard processes and the implementation of standard solutions worldwide
- Manage the application maintenance and enhancement of global Finance and HR applications (i.e. bug fixing, user support and evolution of current Finance and HR applications)
- Participate actively in the IT finance projects by governing process design, functional specification analysis and validation, build and test solution, support go live and post go live
- Establish and govern IT competence centers on finance and HR processes, leveraging on current resources in the countries
- Manage budgets, resources, and relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
- Develop business case and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives
- Report directly to Group CIO
- Degree in IT/technical subject
- 4+ years of experience with product/project management
- Experience in finance systems (ERP, Finance Consolidation and Reporting, Tax Management, Payments, etc.)
- Knowledge of finance & HR processes
- Fluent English, other languages (Czech/Italian/…) are a plus
- Proactive approach with a problem solving attitude
- Smart, curious, adaptable people with a ‘can do’ attitude
