Group Data Scientist

The group level headquarters Dr. Max BDC is expanding the Marketing team, so we are looking for a Data Scientist to join us. Required education: University Degree
Required languages: Czech or Slovak, English (advanced)

- Design, develop, and deploy data-driven features that enhance the Customer omnichannel journey, improve personalization, and optimize the overall digital and also retail experience
- Visualize the results to clearly communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Working with latest technology stack using Azure, Databricks, PySpark
- Make a tangible impact on the shopping experience of millions of customers
- Cooperation on campaign management and loyalty program
- Skilled Data Scientist willing to support largest pharmacy retailer on its data-driven strategy
- Previous relevant experience on a similar position at least 3 - 5 years
- Being familiar with some of these technologies: Azure, SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Tableau etc.
- Ability to work independently and keep timelines
- Attention to details, analytical skills and ability to manage complexity
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
