Group Business Developer for Marketplace

We’re looking for a motivated Business Developer with some hands-on experience in e-commerce - whether from working in an online store or supporting marketplace operations - who’s eager to grow and help us scale this project. What will be your responsibilities?
  • Marketplace Growth: Identify and onboard high-quality partners to drive sales in key categories. 
  • Seller Management: Build strong relationships with sellers and partners, optimize their performance, and address any issues. 
  • Operations Oversight: Manage product listings, inventory, SLA fulfillment and customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations. 
  • Performance Optimization: Track key metrics (OKRs) like sales growth and customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve outcomes. 
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on campaigns to boost traffic, sales, and partner engagement. 
  • Platform Improvement: Provide feedback for enhancing user experience and suggest new features for platform development. 
What do we expect from you?
  • Proven experience in eCommerce, ideally within both Czechia and Slovakia, super benefitial would be knowledge of marketplace specifics (sales, category management, or marketing).
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills to build and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques would be really valued.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
