Required education: University Degree

- Owning and optimizing the customer feedback loop – enhancing NPS, CSAT, and other key metrics to improve every stage of the customer journey and ensure exceptional experiences
- Managing relationships with an external satisfaction measurement provider
- Extracting and reporting actionable customer insights
- Supporting CX strategy & best practices – collaborating with the CX Lead, retention team, and local markets to drive a unified and enhanced CX approach across six countries
- Strengthening customer loyalty – optimizing loyalty programs, retention initiatives, and customer engagement to increase repeat purchases and maximize customer life-time value
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Sociology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, research, customer feedback management or customer care/service
- Experience with Loyalty programs, NPS, CSAT, or other customer satisfaction measurement frameworks is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills – ability to turn data into insights and action
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage cross-market projects independently
- Czech/Slovak and fluent English
