Artificial Intelligence Group Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Artificial Intelligence Group Leader to drive the implementation and integration of AI technologies across all functions at the group level. This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that AI initiatives align with our strategic goals and deliver tangible value. The AI leader is expected to act as an ambassador of AI, bringing effective and intelligent solutions that accelerate the company's progress. Therefore, strong business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Required languages: English (advanced), Czech or Slovak is highly beneficial

- AI Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and enhances business processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and prioritize AI projects that bring the highest value.
- Project Governance: Oversee all AI-related proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful execution.
- Business Process Optimization: Utilize AI to streamline and optimize business processes, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.
- Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives that integrate AI solutions into business operations, enhancing digital capabilities and modernizing traditional processes.
- Technology Integration: Ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions within existing IT systems and workflows, collaborating closely with IT and other departments.
- AI Tool Scouting: Identify and evaluate AI tools available on the market, assessing solutions from startups and established vendors to determine the best fit for the company’s needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives, providing regular updates to the Group CIO and other key stakeholders.
- Education: Strong interest in AI and digital transformation, supported by a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Business Process Expertise: Extensive experience in understanding and optimizing business processes, with a focus on digital transformation and AI integration.
- Technology Awareness: Interest in AI technologies and their application in business, with the ability to evaluate and implement relevant solutions.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into AI-driven improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
