Dr. Max concluded a business agreement to buy 47 pharmacies of the Apotheke Slovakia brand. The transaction is subject to antimonopoly office approval. The final closing of the deal and takeover of the Apotheke pharmacy chain under the Dr.Max brand is expected during the next year.
